Sendity verifies control over an email channel. It does not verify a person’s legal identity, employment status or authorization inside your product.
What Sendity proves
The user could send a message from an email address they control. The proof is tied to a short-lived browser session. Your app receives a verification result.
What Sendity does not prove
Legal identity, employment status, ownership of a social identity, or authorization inside your product.
Recommended use cases
Signup, passwordless login, step-up verification, account recovery and email confirmation.
Not recommended as sole proof for
Legal identity verification, KYC, employment verification or high-risk financial authorization.
